Why did people choose their school for this program? Why did people choose their school for this program?

"I picked HACC because it's the closest to me. I also chose HACC because it is the cheapest in the area."
"I was new to the area and needed a school with the soonest start date. For what I needed at the time, the vocational school I chose was right for me."

What surprised people about the school they chose? What surprised people about the school they chose?

"HACC offers a lot of assistance with tutoring and studying."
"I was surprised that there were 2 tests you needed to pass to even be considered for entry into the program, though passing the tests did not guarantee placement. I was also surprised at the fact that you needed to get a perfect score on your math tests during the program to continue."

How do people describe their job hunt? How do people describe their job hunt?

"I was overwhelmed with job searching. I wasn't sure what facilities to apply to and which were best to work with."
"I hope I answered 8c correctly- both 1 and 5 were very difficult. Job hunting was very easy. I applied for a position while still in the vocational program, had 1 interview and was offered a medical assistant position with the agreement that upon gaduation I would be moved to an GPN position, and then to an LPN/LVN once I passed my boards. It was my first and only job application for this career."
